The Impact of Changing IP Policy

Join the Stanford Biodesign Policy Program and the Council for Innovation Promotion for a roundtable discussion on critical issues in IP law and policy, including the extent to which medical devices and diagnostics are eligible for patent protection, how much patent validity can be challenged after patents are granted, and whether patent rights should be limited for vaccines or critical therapies. The impact of these policy decisions could shape innovation for the foreseeable future.
