Tuesday, April 23, 12 – 1:30 pm

Dan Jonas specializes in litigation, investigations and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance in the life sciences sector. In his experience, problems in business culture, ethics, and compliance almost always start with shortcuts taken along the way – like moving too fast, or not dealing with problems fully when they come up. Prior to joing DLA Piper, Dan spent 25 years at CONMED and will bring real world examples based on his experiences in industry on the corporate executive and acquiror sides.

Mr. Jonas holds an A.B. in Classics (Latin) from Brown University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
