When it’s time to transition from design to manufacturing, many medtech companies consider outsourcing. In this lunchtime event, we’ll discuss beginning, maintaining, and optimizing a relationship with a contract manufacturer. We’ll go over contract development vs. contract manufacturing; describe a typical scope of work, timeline, cost, and deliverables; offer guidelines on selecting partners; and highlight some watch-outs to help companies avoid problems and successfully navigate even high risk projects.
