DxD Programs
Pathways in Health Technology
This transformative program empowers community college students with limited access to developmental resources and funding by equipping them to explore and thrive in the medtech ecosystem. Working closely with healthcare practitioners and medtech companies, students engage in hands-on projects, explore career opportunties, and participate in workshops that build confidence and connections.

HealthTech Exploration Workshop
Designed for college students interning in the medtech industry, this two-day program fosters a sense of belonging while equipping participants for long-term success in the field. Highlights include an immersive workshop on the Stanford Biodesign innovation process, engaging case studies, and thought-provoking panels with healthtech innovators. Participants also benefit from speed mentoring sessions, networking with industry leaders, and personal development opportunities.
Speed Mentoring
This 90-minute virtual program introduces early-to-mid-career women and others historically less represented in medtech to mentoring as way to foster success. Each dynamic, fast-paced session includes high impact presentations on career development, personal growth, and the transformative power of mentorship as well as three, 1×1 speed mentoring sessions.
Speed mentoring events are organized three times per year. Space is limited, but there is no charge to participate. Volunteer mentors are always welcome, too!

Leadership Seminar
The DxD 2026 leadership seminar offers timely, actionable insights to help executives support untapped talent across across the healthtech ecosystem. Expanding on the 2025 seminar, “Addressing Resistance to Equity Efforts in Medtech” and the 2024 “Building a Business of Purpose,” series, the 2026 webinar is designed for medtech leaders including startup founders, executives and HR managers.
The 2026 webinar will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 from 12 -1pm PST.
